Refund policy

At A Touch of Drama Makeup FX, all products undergo thorough quality checks both prior to and after packaging. We take great care to ensure every mould leaves us in perfect condition.

Please be aware that due to the nature of soft silicone, moulds may sometimes appear to have imperfections or look irregular — this is a characteristic of the material and not a fault. No item is dispatched with any defects.

Due to hygiene and sanitation requirements, these moulds cannot be returned once opened or used under any circumstances.

A refund will only be considered if the mould arrives broken or torn inside the packaging. Please note that A Touch of Drama Makeup FX is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

To request a refund, photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted via email on the date of arrival of your order. Refund requests made after the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Once the claim has been assessed and the fault is determined to be the responsibility of A Touch of Drama Makeup FX, a refund will be issued via the same method purchase was made upon receipt of the returned mould. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations

At A Touch of Drama Makeup FX we do not carry pre-made stock, so all of our products are made to order. We endeavour to make up and ship all orders as soon as possible which leaves a very small window for cancellation. If you would like to enquire about a cancellation, we request you try to do this within 3 hours of placing your order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
